Using the application also involves account, workspace, and service information you provide. Technical information needed to operate and secure the service may be processed by our hosting and service providers. We use necessary authentication cookies to support sign-in.

SMS privacy and sharing

Mobile numbers and mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Limited information may be processed by service providers solely to operate the service and deliver messages on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and restrictions on use. This does not authorize them to use mobile information or consent for their own marketing. Consent to BookedRevenue messages does not transfer to other businesses or ventures.

We may disclose information when required by law or as necessary to protect rights and security. These disclosures do not permit sharing SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your messaging choices

SMS consent is voluntary, separate from sending an inquiry, and not required to purchase or use BookedRevenue. The program covers product inquiries, requested demos and scheduling updates, onboarding, and customer support. Messages may recur; message frequency varies based on your requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Retention, protection, and requests

We retain information as needed to provide services, handle requests, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls to protect the information; no system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a change to your communication preferences. Some records may need to be retained to honor opt-outs or meet legal obligations.
